Since 2024, we’ve partnered with Superfeet to translate decades of foot-health expertise into intuitive digital tools. The collaboration began with a focused goal—help shoppers find the right insole with less trial-and-error—and evolved into a broader fit platform spanning guided commerce and computer-vision scanning. We worked as an integrated team across strategy, design, and engineering to create fast, reliable experiences that feel human and helpful. Guided fit inside Shopify
A short, plain-language quiz helps shoppers quickly identify their ideal insole based on activity, footwear, support preference, and fit needs. We mapped Superfeet’s fitting logic into a decision system, then designed a clean UI that stays within the native Shopify flow to minimize drop-off. The outcome: faster path to product, reduced analysis paralysis, and fewer mismatched purchases.
Computer-vision sizing you can trust
A unique mobile experience lets shoppers capture a single-foot scan using only the iPhone camera. We combined robust guidance (framing, distance, lighting) with on-device processing to generate a consistent scan and translate it into clear recommendations. The outcome: higher confidence at purchase, fewer returns from sizing uncertainty, and a scalable foundation for future fit features.
The nature of our partnership
We work as an embedded, agile partner with Superfeet’s product, eCommerce, and brand teams. Weekly working sessions keep decisions close to the data and the customer. We bring design craft and engineering depth in equal measure—pairing interaction design and content strategy with robust technical execution on Shopify, Custom Web Development and mobile engineering. The relationship has expanded from a single guided-commerce initiative to a multi-track roadmap for fit and personalization. Trust, co-creation, and tight iteration rhythms are the through-line: we prototype early, validate with real users, and tune the experience to reduce cognitive load at every step.
